Your lifting numbers

Calculator inputs, drafts, unit preferences, and saved session plans stay in your browser’s local storage. We do not send your weights, exercises, repetitions, or saved plans to our usage database. Clearing browser data removes these saved items.

Site activity

We count page views, tool opens, plan saves, prints, and gear-link clicks to understand which features are useful. These counts include a date, page path, event type, and total. The usage tables do not store IP addresses, browser identifiers, email addresses, or lifting inputs. They count actions, not unique visitors.

The client respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Entries older than 90 days are removed while processing new activity. Hosting providers receive request information needed to deliver and operate the site.

Feedback

If you submit the feedback form, we store your message, category, date, and any email address you choose to provide. The inbox is available to the site owner. Please do not include sensitive medical information. Feedback older than 90 days is removed while processing new requests.

Sign-in and accounts

Public calculators and guides do not require an account. The owner dashboard requires a verified owner sign-in through the hosting platform. IronMath Fitness does not currently offer cloud accounts or synchronization for saved plans.

External services and links

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives font requests. External manufacturer sites have their own privacy practices. See our affiliate disclosure for the current status of shopping links.
